Introduction
Green Store's proposed new retail store in Suffolk is the first of its kind in the area. Bringing a new level of sustainable retail to the local community.
Green Store are proposing to build the new store on a brownfield site in Suffolk. This beautiful new site will create 70 new jobs for the local area, and is built alongside Kaleigh architects who specialise in sustainable design. Green Store are delighted to be commencing this project which will include the use of solar panels to reduce energy consumption, the installation of electric vehicle charging-points which are lacking in the local area, and the harvesting of rain water for use in the public conveniences.

We are delighted to be working with the Local Authority on this scheme, as part of our commitment to creating local partnerships and legacy planning for the local area. Please look at the proposals put forward to Suffolk Council below. Public exhibitions and online webinars will be held so that the local community can engage in the planning process and put forward any comments that they might have.
