"As a single mother of a child with asthma, it is really important to me that the "Green Shop" is as environmentally friendly as possible and doesn't make pollution in the local area worse. The traffic is already bad at peak times, and as the local school is close to the proposals I am concerned that the increase in traffic could make our walk to school more difficult for my son.
I'm pleased to see that the developer is thinking about this, and putting in an electric bus service and green corridors to help with pollution".

I am however glad to see that you are investing in training up youngsters in the area and giving jobs to them - there is a need to provide training and programmes to help younger people get started"

"My house backs onto the proposed development and I want to make sure that there is adequate noise reduction in the area, especially when lorries drop-off products to the shop.
I have seen on the plans that you are putting in "green screening" at the delivery bay points, have promised to minimise deliveries and that they are scheduled to come at reasonable times in the day. I'm looking forward to talking to your team at the community day!"
